It fixes the following issues:
1. You will be able to enter characters such as Pound, Euro, Yen and copyright symbols into the 'more information' field for any vehicle.
2. You can now add a TIMEZONE="setting" to autodirector.ini to define a specific timezone for AutoDirector (PHP5 installations only). For example:
TIMEZONE="GMT" or TIMEZONE="America/New_York"
