Hi, I have a problem with a website that shows this error message when the page loads, most times it shows the page no problem even with this error but occasionally its just a blank page. When I use the IE debugger it highlights this section of the script "M=P[O].getElementsByTagName(H.Tag)".

I think it may be related to the site having been generated by vistaprint or something similar but was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction. The site is www.weremaauomobile.com.

Hello Phil,

Sorry to hear you're having problems. It's a slightly bizarre one - your HTML page DOCTYPE is HTML4.01 Transitional Loose. In effect, it's saying to the browser "please render this page like you would have in 1998".

Please see point 6 on our troubleshooting page. I've tested your showroom on a page using a strict DOCTYPE and it works without any errors.
